Crisis Support Resources
The Prayer Project exists to encourage people spiritually, but prayer support is not a replacement for emergency help, professional counseling, medical care, or crisis intervention.

When you are overwhelmed
- Move near another person instead of staying isolated.
- Tell someone clearly: “I am not safe alone right now.”
- Move away from anything you could use to hurt yourself.
- Call, text, or chat with a crisis line even if you are unsure what to say.
- Ask a trusted adult, pastor, counselor, manager, teacher, or family member to stay with you.
