Bibles Within Reach
The Planned 2027 Campaign

$50,000. Six months. One simple reason.

The first Bibles Within Reach campaign is being designed to turn a bold fundraising goal into something tangible: Bibles purchased responsibly, distributed freely, and placed with people who genuinely want Scripture of their own.

Planned public launch: late May 2027. The fundraising window is expected to continue for approximately six months, through late November 2027. Fundraising is not open yet.

Why This Goal

Enough room to think beyond a one-day Bible drive.

A $50,000 goal gives Bibles Within Reach room to pursue meaningful Bible quantities while also planning for the practical work required to move them from a supplier into responsible distribution.

Bible purchasing is the heart of the campaign. The current plan is to purchase primarily through Mardel, with SKU 3660396 identified as the preferred Bible option. Final pricing, quantities, availability, shipping, and any bulk terms will be finalized before fundraising opens.

Getting Bibles into real hands may also require packaging, transport, temporary storage, outreach materials, or other reasonable initiative costs. Those details should be disclosed clearly instead of hidden inside a simple “dollars equals Bibles” promise.

The Road to Launch

The campaign begins before the fundraiser does.

The time before May 2027 is when BWR needs to build the relationships, procedures, purchasing plan, partner system, and distribution capacity that will make the public campaign worth trusting.

Track Bibles received, transferred, distributed, and remaining, then publish meaningful aggregate campaign and impact totals.

From Support to Scripture

A clear path from campaign resources to a Bible in someone's hands.

1
Listen

Understand real needs.

Direct outreach and trusted local relationships help identify where Bibles are actually wanted and where access is limited.

2
Purchase

Order responsibly.

Final price, preferred Bible availability, quantities, shipping, and real distribution capacity are considered before orders are placed.

3
Place

Distribute in more than one way.

Some Bibles may be handed out directly through Prayer Project outreach; others may be transferred to approved local distribution partners.

4
Report

Close the loop.

Direct teams and partners report how many Bibles were distributed so inventory and public impact totals reflect what actually happened.

Partner Distribution Accountability

A transfer to a partner is not the same thing as a Bible distributed.

BWR plans to distinguish between Bibles handed to a partner and Bibles actually given to recipients.

Transferred is a custody event. Distributed is an impact event.

Approved distribution partners will eventually use the planned online Partner Center to submit simple reports showing the number of Bibles received, the number distributed during the reporting period, and the number still remaining.

Reports may also capture a general date or period, service area, distribution setting, and optional operational notes. They should not require names or identifying information about individual recipients.

This gives BWR a cleaner inventory trail and produces stronger public reporting: not merely how many Bibles left our possession, but how many were actually placed with people.

Public Accountability

The numbers should tell a story you can follow.

Once fundraising begins, this site should become more than a campaign pitch. It should become a window into what BWR is actually doing.

No manufactured progress. Real numbers when there are real results.
Campaign FAQ

What we can say clearly today.

When is the campaign planned to begin?

The current plan is to launch publicly in late May 2027 and continue fundraising for approximately six months, through late November 2027.

What is the planned fundraising goal?

The planned first-campaign goal is $50,000.

Where does BWR plan to purchase Bibles?

The Prayer Project currently intends to use Mardel as the primary vendor. Mardel SKU 3660396 is the preferred Bible option presently identified for the initiative. Final pricing, availability, quantities, and purchasing terms remain subject to change before launch.

Does naming Mardel mean Mardel is an official sponsor or partner?

No. Naming Mardel describes the current purchasing plan. Unless separately announced, it should not be read as a claim of sponsorship, endorsement, donation, or formal program partnership.

How will partner-distributed Bibles be counted?

BWR plans to have approved distribution partners submit simple online reports through a future Partner Center, distinguishing Bibles received, Bibles actually distributed, and Bibles still remaining.

Can I contribute right now?

No. BWR is currently in pre-launch development. The approved support method will be published when the campaign officially opens.

Will recipients pay for Bibles?

No. Bibles purchased through BWR are intended to be provided free of charge.

The 2027 Bibles Within Reach Campaign

The goal is not to finish with $50,000. The goal is to finish with Scripture within reach.

The campaign total is a tool. The real measure comes later—in Bibles purchased carefully, inventory tracked honestly, partnerships built responsibly, and people receiving the Word of God without cost or pressure.

Bibles Within Reach is in pre-launch development. Dates, procedures, supplier arrangements, Bible selections, partnership structures, distribution details, and campaign assumptions may be refined before the public campaign begins.
